We provide VC during the school holidays, which caters for the children of Ryde East Public School and the wider Ryde community. VC is packed with exciting activities that take place both in and out of the centre. Our program aims to keep your children entertained during the holidays and ensure that they are having lots of fun with their friends.
Incursions and Excursions
We take the children on an excursion via a private bus. Our excursions are largely focused on physical activity and sometimes include cultural elements. Some examples of our excursions include:
We have skilled instructors or performers come to the centre to host an activity. During an incursion we can focus on more complex crafts and sports. Sometimes our own staff members who have experience in a particular area will run a day for the children i.e paper making or window decorations. Some examples of our excursions include:
Food and Drink
We cater for all dietary requirements if needed. If we require you to provide food for your child for any reason you will be notified through the VC program so please check as often as possible for any changes. The food provided during VC is inspired by the children's suggestions. Every effort is made to provide your child with healthy options and a variety of foods. We are conscientious with our approach to children that are anaphylactic and take every precaution to make sure that they are safe from contaminants.

If you have never attended Ryde East OSHC before, you will need to enrol in the centre by filling out an enrolment form. (This is in addition to the Vacation Care booking and consent forms.)
